about allie

I have been blessed with many job titles starting with the neighborhood babysitter at the age of 10. I took a babysitters course at the hospital because if I was going to do something, I wanted to be the best that I could be at it-no one was dying on my watch! From there I worked at many restaurants where I served, hosted, baked, managed and even remodeled a few. I owned a children's boutique in my hometown of Sonoma while also raising my daughter. I worked in memory care, in medical offices, and as a doula. My most cherished work was as the President of the Butterfly Family Fund and in every event ever hosted with our BFF families.
If I had to pick the ideal career, it would be this one. I love being able to do something different everyday and create moments that some may never dream of. I love being able to take worries away from people and turn them into something worth remembering.

I've heard my dad tell people that if I have an extra 15 minutes in a day, I’ll paint a room and he’s not wrong-I’ve done it before. I don’t really ever stop. The can't stop/won’t stop mentality is definitely mine. Some may call it undiagnosed ADHD, I like to see it as driven.
If you need something done, I'm your girl! It will probably be done far sooner than you imagined and in a pretty fun way, too! I love a good challenge and not too many things stop me. If you have an idea, I'll find a way to make things happen.

I love baking just about anything and if I hear you have a favorite baked good, the recipe has probably already been researched and ingredients are on order. I'm a big fan of the Great British Baking Show and someday hope to host an allie way bake off with local bakers.
I love the joy in baking and the joy in giving. Baking reminds me of my grandma and to have something worth remembering is something pretty special. My time in the kitchen with my mama is one of favorite "hobbies" and everyday spent together with sugar and butter is a dang good day for me!
One of my greatest passions is the act of giving. The feeling of being able to create a moment of joy for someone is something I look for in every one of my days. It's sad how easy it is to make someone smile.

My grandpa has always told us that everyday is a school day if you're willing to learn and I live by that sentiment. I love learning from others, learning through challenges, and learning about all this life has to offer. I hope to spend every one of my days wisely, kindly and full of faith while connecting with people to make this place better.
My family is the most important part of my world. I am beyond blessed to have such beautiful people in my life and I can't wait to have them alongside me,
every step of the allie way. Sometimes when you get me, you get the whole crew and that's an extra sweet deal!

I suck at relaxing, yet I preach it to all. Someday I’ll listen to my own advice, but until then, let's hear your ideas and make some things happen!
