This carb loading class will have you in the happiest of carb comas and with 5 different bread styles to explore. We'll be rolling in the dough with a variety of focaccias, mini bagels, pretzels, pull apart rolls and savory scones! Camp includes a delicious beverage in the morning and a sweet little baking gift for each guest!

Spend the day learning new recipes, making delicious breads with your buddies, and enjoying all that you create! All supplies are included in the cost of camp. Feel free to bring your own apron if you have one!

Camp will be held at Twelve 28 Kitchen located at 10118 Commercial ave in Penn Valley. Camp is for ages 8-100 and beyond. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
